There are various options on the Brandboxx website for searching for trade fair dates:
Under ‘Search & Find’ you can find a list of all trade fair events under the heading ‘Trade fairs’. In the main menu area ‘Trade fairs’, you can find our events listed by sector.
For information on all Brandboxx Salzburg event dates, please call the central hotline +43 662 4687 100.
Exhibitors / visitors / press can register online on the respective trade fair website 2–3 months before the event. This will save you any waiting times when visiting the trade fair.
Simply follow the registration link on the respective trade fair page.
You can find information for exhibitors, visitors or the press on the respective trade fair event on our website. You can access this via the main menu in the Trade Fair section.

We only accept postal deliveries for exhibitors during the official set-up, event and dismantling periods under exclusion of liability. Please inform our information centre in advance of any planned deliveries. The delivery of goods is only possible during Brandboxx opening hours. Delivery time, type of delivery and storage are a matter for agreement with Brandboxx and must comply with official regulations. The instructions of the porter must be followed.

The Brandboxx is the ideal location for conferences, trade fairs, gala events, seminars and product presentations. For scheduling reasons, only corporate events are possible at Brandboxx Salzburg.
Events at Brandboxx Salzburg are possible from Monday to Sunday. An overview of current and upcoming public and trade fairs can be found in the event calendar; more detailed information on dates is available on request
Here you can find detailed information on how to find us. On site, the Brandboxx traffic guidance system will guide you to the appropriate parking facilities.
Over 1,000 parking spaces are available on the company premises. The exact parking options will be agreed as part of your event enquiry, and the on-site traffic guidance system will guide visitors to the correct car park.
There are a total of four e-charging stations on the Brandboxx site: two outside and two in the underground car park.
For scheduling reasons, only corporate events are possible in the Brandboxx Salzburg.
The Brandboxx Salzburg showrooms are not retail outlets and are reserved exclusively for trade visitors (e.g. wholesalers) with an existing customer card or trade licence. We ask that you stay in the designated event area.
A total of five multifunctional halls for up to 3,000 people await you on an event area of around 6,500 m². Other smaller rooms are also available on request.
The lead time can vary greatly depending on the type and size of the event and the desired date. Large events require several months' lead time, while Christmas parties should ideally be booked a year in advance. Smaller seminars and conferences can also be organised at short notice in some cases.

All Boxxes and rooms have a very good power supply (16 A, 32 A, 63 A). Further information is available on request.
Delivery at ground level by lorry or by lift and scissor lift is simple via the outdoor areas P3 and P4, and subsequently via ramps and lifts. We will be happy to provide you with the exact dimensions and payloads of the individual rooms and entrances on request.
For safety reasons, dogs and animal companions are not permitted unless they are assistance animals.
