Our technology partner Pre Events is a full-service provider for the event and media industry and offers everything you need for modern event technology for projects of any size. From lighting to video, LED to sound and stages to equipment, you’ll receive customised media technology in complete and partial solutions. Pre Events supports you in all technical matters relating to your event, from planning to complete set-up – always customised and tailored to your requirements and wishes.

Would you like to record your event audio-visually or even broadcast it live? Mediahaus Salzburg is the company for state-of-the-art event technology with television-quality broadcasts. Innovative cutting edge films of your event – live or on-demand:
- Video accompaniment of the event and production of an event clip
- Recording of presentations or workshops (single or multilateral)
- Live video direction and cameras for use on video walls and monitors, including TV-quality feeds of speakers who are not taking part in the event on-site
- Live streaming of events on a scalable scale (1-12 cameras, flightcase control room or OB van)
- Streaming on social media or own protected server farm with paywall to monetise online tickets
Live transmission of events for TV stations (direct connection to ORF / ServusTV / Puls4 via IP) or provision of the TV signal via satellite worldwide

Fully automatic radio backup BGP-routed – accessibility is still guaranteed from outside in the event of a fault.
Data transmission of 100 Mbit/s (symmetrical) available as a standard connection; a maximum of 2000 Mbit/s (2Gbit/s) is possible.
Wi-Fi available throughout the halls free of charge.
We provide fixed public IP addresses for our exhibitors and organisers if required.
All access points are managed centrally and can be customised according to customer requirements. It is also possible to set up several different network SSIDs for customers and visitors.
