New Brandboxx carrier bag from HTL students
4. October 2021Brandboxx Salzburg is using its brand new bag design for the first time in the 2017 summer season. The designs come from 15 students at the HTL Salzburg, specializing in “graphic and communication design”. Six suggestions made it onto the shortlist, but you determine the new Brandboxx carrier bag! A wonderful short vacation in the Salzburger Land will also be raffled off among all participants.
Student project with special creativity
The idea for cooperation especially with the HTL Itzling came from a student intern, whose high training standard impressed Brandboxx graphic designer Ulrike Ramsauer and ultimately motivated the project to be implemented with the school. Supervised by teacher Mag. Norgard Luftensteiner, the 15 students aged 16-17 worked out numerous suggestions with particular enthusiasm. The biggest challenge, according to Mag. Luftensteiner, was “to graphically represent the three pillars of Brandboxx fixed rental, trade fairs and events”. At the same time, all participants showed great joy in the project. The practical relevance and the direct insight into professional life from the briefing to completion speak for the great learning potential of the project.

From the 15 drafts of the HTL students, six designs were selected, which have now made it into the shortlist. The winning proposal will not only be used from summer on at internal trade fairs, for fixed tenants and partners, the pupil will also receive prize money of € 300.
