Events at Brandboxx Salzburg can be held from Monday to Sunday. Find an overview of all current and upcoming public and specialised trade fairs in the event calendar and get more information about dates on enquiry.

Here you can find detailed directions. The Brandboxx route guidance system on site leads you to the various parking options.

A total of 1,000 parking spaces are available on site. The exact parking options are settled during the event enquiry; the on-site route guidance system leads visitors to the right parking space.

Four e-charging stations – two outside, two underground – are available on the Brandboxx premises.

We only accept postal items during the official setup, event and dismantling period without assuming liability. We ask you to inform us of planned deliveries in advance. Delivery of goods is only possible during Brandboxx opening hours. Time of delivery, manner of delivery and storage are subject to individual agreement with Brandboxx and must comply with official regulations. Follow the instructions of the porter. Please absolutely ensure that you include the full address.

Thank you for your understanding that, for scheduling reasons, only corporate events are possible at Brandboxx Salzburg.

The showrooms of Brandboxx Salzburg are not shops and are only open to a specialised audience (e.g. wholesalers) with an active client card or trade licence. We thank you for your understanding and for remaining in the designated event area.

A total of five multi-functional halls for up to 3,000 persons on about 6,500 m² of event space await you. Additional smaller rooms are also available on enquiry.

The lead time can vary greatly depending on the type and size of event as well as the chosen date. Larger events usually need several months, Christmas parties are best booked a year in advance. Smaller seminars and conference can be possible at short notice in some cases.

All Boxxes and rooms have very good power supply connections (16 A, 32 A, 63 A). Get more information on enquiry.

Ground-level delivery by truck / by lift and scissor lift is simple via the outdoor areas PR and P4 and, subsequently, via ramps and lifts. We are happy to share the exact dimensions and payloads for the individual rooms and entrances with you on enquiry.
